This is for people facing a serious, life-altering illness — the kind that turns daily life into a medical journey. A starting list:
Cancer
Any type, any stage — newly diagnosed, in active treatment, in recovery, or living with advanced disease.
Neurological conditions
ALS, multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson's, Huntington's, or a major stroke or brain/spinal-cord injury.

When you sign up, a single confirmation that you're facing a serious illness switches on your free access right away. We ask for the least we can — never your full medical records.
Came through a partner?
If a hospital, clinic, infusion center, oncology social worker, or a nonprofit gave you a JourneyKin code, enter it and your free access is automatic — already verified, for a longer term.
Renewing, if ever needed
Occasionally we may ask for a light, optional confirmation (say, a photo of an appointment card with personal details blocked out). It's reviewed and then deleted — never stored, never shared, never sold.
Your privacy is sacred to us. We will never sell your information, and we collect as little as possible to help you.
